Complete Home Remodel

Model Home

This is a model home that I assisted choosing paint colors for.  I also furnished the space and added art and accessories to create a cozy inviting living space.  I hung window treatments to soften the space as well as provide privacy from some close neighbors at the back of the home.

This is a stunning model home by Charleston Company Home Builders.  The open floor plan is wonderful for entertaining.  I used furniture and area rugs to designate the different rooms.  I used the navy color to tie all the rooms together in this open space.

I really enjoyed working with this seller.  She understood the value of preparing a home for the real estate market and she was rewarded for her efforts with multiple offers and a final sale price 10K above the list price in only 5 days on the market!  She updated the home with new modern flooring and paint.  She had the windows cleaned and the place shined!  I added some furnishings and accessories to warm up the rooms and give it a comfortable homey feel.  The results were outstanding!  Don't be afraid to put a little money into your home before selling!  It will make ALL the difference in the sale price and the time on the market!  Home staging works!

SOLD 10K above list price!

This is a home that I listed (I'm also a Realtor!)  The homeowner's put a lot of work into fixing the home up before I added the finishing touches.  In the end, this home sold in a week with many interested buyers!  By staging the house, it felt warm and comfortable.  Buyer's could easily envision themselves and their furniture seamlessly fitting into this home.

I recently worked with this home owner to help her prepare her home for sale.  The kitchen was dark and dated so I referred her to a company that paints cabinets.  I chose Benjamin Moore Solitude for a soothing gray/blue color that goes perfectly with her wood trim.  Next I chose an inexpensive but beautiful granite that picks up on the wood tones of her trim and wood floors.  Finally I chose a luxury vinyl plank that looks like tile to replace the worn vinyl sheet flooring and brighten and update the space.  The homeowner then moved her belongings out of the house and I brought in my staging inventory to complete the look!  The result was multiple offers with a signed contract in just 3 days!
